Chemo Rd 7 Update from Kati

Day 1 of Chemo round 7

Lina's ANC (basically her immune system) was too low for the protocol. The protocol asks for on ANC of at least 0.75 in order to start chemo, Lina's ANC was 0.7 (normal range 2-10). The Advantages of Two Sick Kids and No Sleep and Good Results

Who would have thought that being up all night with two sick kids has any advantages?

Not me - for sure. We were heading in to BCCH and I felt like a zombie.

Mike and I got about 1.5h of sleep last night. Lina came down with the same cold as Frieda and
