We have been anxiously waiting for the second opinion from NY. Yesterday we received an email with a summery of Lina`s treatment. We were totally shocked and worried that this was the full extend of the second opinion and that we had just spent $4000 on a summary of her medical history. Not ever having gone through the process of a second opinion for Lina, we just did not know what to expect ...

Just a quick update as I am too emotional to write in detail about what is going on. We met with the surgeons here and they were very nice. However, we now are not sure anymore that surgery is an option, at least not until we have explored something else. Our onc. agrees with us that there is too much at stake by the looks of it. MRI Results...

This aftenoon I am suffering from digestion problems, I am trying to digest the last MRI results we got today, but I am having a hard time this time.
